Such a SLACKER!!

I know, I have been such a slacker lately. I haven't looked at a Blog in over a month. I have no idea what anyone is up too. We have been laying low over at our house, because I am PREGNANT! Yep! 12 weeks now. I have my first ultrasound on Wed. to make sure all is well. I am due at the end of June, and this time we don't want to find out what we are having. I was very sick for about a week until my doctor put me on some good nausea medicine. I still don't feel 100%, but I feel a lot better than I did when I was prego with Jersi. Yipee! The tired, sick part is almost over.

I know a few of you wanted these pics. forever ago, but I'm not going to list the millions of things that have held my blogging world up, and yes, hopefully next week I will post pics of my kids on Halloween night! I know, so bad! Anywho... these are pics of the Mesa High Alumni cheerleaders cheering at the Mesa High Homecoming game. It truly was funny and fun all at the same time. It was great to see old friends! Unfortunatly we took my new camera, and we didn't really know how to use it, so I dont have any official pics of us down on the track, but I promise it did happen.

Funny story... every time there was a touchdown, they would let off fireworks in the sky. Well Jersi was a little scared, and instead of covering her ears from the loud noise like most kids do, she would cover her eyes. A little backwards, I know, but cute!!

Cody's 29th Birthday!!

Yes! We have three birthdays in October. It is quite a busy month!! Cody turned the big 29 this year!! We celebrated by going to the State Fair with our good friends Steve and Jenny Kempton.

Cody's 10 Year REUNION

Last week Cody had his 10 Year Reunion. It's crazy! I cant believe we are that old. Anyway, we had a great time. Friday evening they had a family night at Amazing Jakes. It was fun to see some of Cody's old friends. The kids had a great time too!

Saturday night was the Adult dinner at Rustlers Roost. We weren't really sure what to expect. I think you are always a little intimidated if you don't remember who people are, but everyone was so nice, and just introduced themselves if you forgot who they were. It was fun to hang out with Cody's closest buddies and their wives. It was great seeing them all together!

All in all, we had a great time, and Cody is looking forward to his 20th!!

It was Brittney's Birthday yesterday. If you didn't wish her a happy birthday, belated happy birthdays are just as good. I just figured this whole blog thing out. Pretty Cool! Now I can pop in everyonce and awhile and correct any bad things said about me. Just kidding, my wife would never bad talk her hubby. Epecially after yesterday. Hopefully she will post the pictures on the saddle at Texas Roadhouse.

Unfortunately Cody and I did not get our digital camera until two weeks after Jersi was born, so this was the next best picture. 4 generations! Me, Jersi (2 months), my mom Christie and my Grandma Chambers.

This weekend we went up to our cabin in Alpine, AZ with Cody's family. We celebrated Jersi's birthday, and of course, she's pulling a face. She is such a character.

Jersi is modeling her DORA pajamas that she got from Ty and Drew and her fancy princess high heels from Grandma Smith. (She wore those pajamas most of the rest of the time at the cabin. She never wanted to take them off.)

Jersi's Dora cake. (This was interesting.) Cooking in high altitude can be quite tricky. This was a two layer round cake, and thanks to frosting, you cant tell the bottom round layer totally fell apart and was in a ton of pieces. Oh well, it still tasted good.
