Cody's 29th Birthday!!

Yes! We have three birthdays in October. It is quite a busy month!! Cody turned the big 29 this year!! We celebrated by going to the State Fair with our good friends Steve and Jenny Kempton.

Steve and Cody were very brave. They rode the big SCREAMER!

Ahhh! The ultimate relaxation swing. Cant we do this everyday? Not for $999.99. A picture will have to do.

What a bunch of Korny guys!

What a happy face!

Party in the paper!!

...123 Happy Birthday!!

We love you honey and hope you had a fabulous BIRTHDAY. The big 30 next year!!!

Cody's 10 Year REUNION

Last week Cody had his 10 Year Reunion. It's crazy! I cant believe we are that old. Anyway, we had a great time. Friday evening they had a family night at Amazing Jakes. It was fun to see some of Cody's old friends. The kids had a great time too!

Crew loved the tea cups!

Jersi wasn't so sure about this ride, but she never cried. What a trooper!

Saturday night was the Adult dinner at Rustlers Roost. We weren't really sure what to expect. I think you are always a little intimidated if you don't remember who people are, but everyone was so nice, and just introduced themselves if you forgot who they were. It was fun to hang out with Cody's closest buddies and their wives. It was great seeing them all together!

All in all, we had a great time, and Cody is looking forward to his 20th!!

What a studly group!!

Happy Birthday Brittney!!!!

It was Brittney's Birthday yesterday. If you didn't wish her a happy birthday, belated happy birthdays are just as good. I just figured this whole blog thing out. Pretty Cool! Now I can pop in everyonce and awhile and correct any bad things said about me. Just kidding, my wife would never bad talk her hubby. Epecially after yesterday. Hopefully she will post the pictures on the saddle at Texas Roadhouse.

Happy Birthday to Jersi Girl! The big TWO!!

Wow ! Time flys! Jersi is now two years old. Here are some old, fun pics of her!

Unfortunately Cody and I did not get our digital camera until two weeks after Jersi was born, so this was the next best picture. 4 generations! Me, Jersi (2 months), my mom Christie and my Grandma Chambers.

Jersi's first birthday! She was very excited!!

...after she ate the cake, I think she got a little bored!

This weekend we went up to our cabin in Alpine, AZ with Cody's family. We celebrated Jersi's birthday, and of course, she's pulling a face. She is such a character.

This is so much fun!

Crew, Drew and Ty helped her celebrate!!

A Dora toy! I love DORA!!

Jersi is modeling her DORA pajamas that she got from Ty and Drew and her fancy princess high heels from Grandma Smith. (She wore those pajamas most of the rest of the time at the cabin. She never wanted to take them off.)

Jersi's Dora cake. (This was interesting.) Cooking in high altitude can be quite tricky. This was a two layer round cake, and thanks to frosting, you cant tell the bottom round layer totally fell apart and was in a ton of pieces. Oh well, it still tasted good.

123...blow out the candles.

Yummy! Chow down!

And of course, we had to end the night with a little dance party!! Happy Birthday Jersi!

End of Summer Days

Freestone Park celebrated the "End Of Summer Days" with a fun carnival/festival. The weather was beautiful, and the kids had so much fun. Jersi was hilarious that night. She heard music, and danced all night long.

Swing those hips!

It was a tough climb, but all the cousins made it!

Wahoo! What a ride!

I think Jersi was a little freaked out, but she finished with a smile on her face!
She's my little daredevil.

The adults enjoyed a strawberry and banana kabob drizzled in white and dark chocolate. It was delicious, I wish I had a picture!

A train ride!
