The thoughts of a three year old...

I was pulling out my Nativities this year, and was quizzing Jersi on what each piece was. Here's how it went.

I pull out Mary, 

 Jersi, who is this??

Jersi: Mary

I pull out Joseph, 

 Jersi who is this??

Jersi: Joseph

I pull out the Angel, 

 Jersi who is this??

Jersi: um...Buzz Lightyear with wings!

Me: (Cracking up) 

Silent Night

I woke up singing "Silent Night" this morning. Three weeks ago Denim got croup, and I think after that first night I got about an hour and a half of sleep. Since then, we have been battling with his croup, Crew, Jersi and I having the flu, (and throwing up in the night), and Jersi sometimes having nightmares two or three times in the night. Cody and I on a good night would get about 4 hours of sleep. The last three weeks have been worse then having a newborn around, but last night.....yeah!! Everyone slept all night long from 8 PM to 6AM.  Oh "Silent Night!!"

Thanksgiving

The day after Thanksgiving, we always get together with the Smith cousins and make gingerbread houses. This year Makenna and Logan got a train!

Thanks Aunt Kara! We had to convince her that she was still going to look like a girl when she was done. She had only seen Crew get his haircut, so she thought getting a haircut was getting a short boy haircut!!

THE LARGEST BLOG EVER!!

Whew! It's been a while since I posted!! We have had a crazy year. Since Denim was born (4 months ago) at the end of June, we had been on 5 vacations, and Cody and I both had surgery, therefore blogging went last on my list of things to do. Now that things are starting to return to normal, I thought I would post the largest blog ever to update you on what we have been up to! Again thanks to so many of you who have helped us get through the past few months. We love and appreciate you!

We went to Cali for my cousin Lindsey's wedding.

She was married in the LA Temple.

Cody's second elbow surgery!

Denim at 8 weeks. He weighed 12 lbs 8 oz.  75% in weight, 50% in height and 25% in head.
